Request A Transcript

A transcript is your official academic record and indicates a complete representation of your academic record.

ľyuzuki uses a secure, online, digital credential platform called MyCreds to issue academic documents electronically. These digital documents can be shared securely with educational institutions, employers and other third-party organizations. Documents are official, verifiable, and supported by digital signatures through the MyCreds portal.

ľyuzuki transcripts are requested using one of the methods outlined below.

 

I need my transcript to apply for an Ontario college or university:

If you are requesting an official transcript as part of a university or college application for institutions in Ontario, you can place your request through the appropriate application site (    or   ).

 

I am a current ľyuzuki student

  • An unofficial transcript can be requested via the   . A PDF copy is available for download on demand. The unofficial transcript can be used for a PGWP application.
  • Your MyCreds official transcript can be requested via the   .
    • Your official transcript will be available within 1-2 business days via MyCreds for $9.00 CAD plus HST per copy. Please wait for the MyCreds email to arrive in your ľyuzuki student email account and follow the directions in that email.
    • If you are sharing your transcript with a third party, when you log into MyCreds you can “generate a link to my documents” and specify the recipient email on the “document sharing form”.

I am a former ľyuzuki student/ľyuzuki alum

Your official transcript will be available to you on the MyCreds platform for $9.00 CAD plus HST for each copy. Request a transcript in one of the following two ways:

  1. Complete our   Transcript Request Form
  2. Visit us in person at the Registrar's Office

 

I am a graduate of the Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program with Laurentian University:

Graduates of the BScN program with Laurentian University must place their request directly with Laurentian University. If you have graduated from the Laurentian University BScN program and have also completed other courses at ľyuzuki, you will need to place a request with both ľyuzuki and Laurentian University.
