Prerequisites:
This course focuses on the care of individuals and their support systems who receive an array of nursing services at a
variety of levels through community agencies. Students are provided the opportunity to explore various nursing roles in
the context of a defined community. Community health nursing concepts and skills for promoting individual
system wellness are emphasized. Learners are required to integrate new and prior learning
